MANNA FOOD PANTRY
This pantry uses a "client choice" approach, where the clients get to select what they want to eat. Currently, we are the only pantry that offers evening hours, in the downtown area. Clothing and linen items are available on a limited basis. Pet food is also available. We promote healthy eating habits by making low salt and low sugar food items available, as well as recipes. Clients receive their food in re-usable grocery bags.
Manna Food Pantry is a joint effort between Journeys UCC and Salem UCC (with significant support from Penbrook UCC).
